K-Factor's production facilities are located in Ukraine, in a modern complex equipped with advanced equipment that allows us to provide high quality products to meet the needs of our customers.
The production of K-Factor bins includes modern workshops with automated process control systems.
Thanks to the use of high-precision welding equipment and computerized metal processing machines, the company achieves maximum accuracy and reliability of each product.
In addition, K-Factor uses environmentally friendly production technologies that meet international standards and environmental protection requirements.
We actively implement the principles of Lean Management at all stages of the production process. This allows us to minimize losses, increase resource efficiency and reduce production time, while ensuring high product quality.
In particular, thanks to the Lean approach, we reduced production time by 20% and minimized raw material costs by 15%.
Our engineering and design teams work closely together to optimize design and manufacturing processes to achieve the best possible results.
Thanks to the Lean approach, we can quickly respond to market and customer needs while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in implementing new projects.

These advantages make Lean Manufacturing attractive for us as a manufacturer and for you, the farmers, ensuring high quality, availability and compliance with your needs.
The production of K-Factor is organized in clearly defined stages. Each stage of production is closely monitored and supported by modern technology, which allows us to optimize processes and minimize production time.
The first stage includes detailed design and development of trailer drawings using computerized systems.
Our team of experienced engineers is constantly improving the design of trailers, taking into account feedback from farmers and the latest trends in agricultural engineering. Learn more about this stage of production on the DEVELOPMENT page.
The company uses high-quality metal of high strength, which ensures the reliability of the trailer structure. The material undergoes strict quality control to meet all technical requirements and standards. At this stage, metal preparation is also carried out: cutting, cleaning and processing.
At this stage, we manufacture the main structural components of the bunker, including frames and bodies, which are the foundation for the reliability and durability of each of our products.
K-Factor reloading bins are made of S355 steel.
The process takes place in several sequential steps to ensure maximum accuracy and quality of each element.

At the first stage, metal sheets and profiles are cut. For this purpose, high-precision laser and plasma cutting machines are used to cut components according to specified parameters with minimal deviations. Before welding, metal structures are assembled using a "tongue and groove" process. This approach guarantees the precise geometry of the future product, which is critical for subsequent welding operations.
After cutting, the individual parts are welded together using automated welding equipment. The work of professional employees and the use of modern welding equipment allows us to achieve high weld strength and ensures that all components are joined evenly and accurately.

After welding, all parts undergo additional machining to achieve the required precision and meet strict tolerances. This process involves several important steps:
Milling. Used to create precise surfaces and profiles on frame and body components. Thanks to the use of modern milling machines, we achieve perfectly flat surfaces and maximum precision, which ensures a perfect fit of the parts during final assembly.
Grinding. After milling, all components are ground to eliminate irregularities and achieve perfect smoothness of the surfaces in contact with each other. This is necessary to ensure strong connections, reduce friction and extend the service life of the parts.
Drilling. Drilling is used to create precise holes for bolts and other fasteners used to connect components. The process is controlled by an automated control system, which ensures high accuracy and compliance with the drawings.

At this stage, all components are subjected to shot blasting, anti-corrosion treatment and painting.
Phosphate-coated powder coating technology is used, which provides a stable and durable coating that protects the surface from environmental corrosion and mechanical damage.
Before painting, the surface is thoroughly prepared: cleaning, shot blasting and applying a two-component primer.

K-Factor agricultural trailers are assembled in several steps, where all manufactured parts are combined into a single structure.
Assembly is carried out in special workshops where axles, wheels, hydraulic systems, electrical components and other necessary parts are installed.
Quality control is carried out at all stages of assembly to ensure that each trailer meets technical standards and customer requirements.

K-Factor trailers have a high load capacity and reliability. And each trailer undergoes comprehensive testing before being shipped to the customer.
Tests include: checking the structural strength, load resistance and wear resistance of components, evaluating the operation of hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, brake systems, assessing compliance with safety requirements, including the reliability of connections, stability during movement.
Thus, thanks to its high-tech production facilities, flexible approach to orders, and focus on quality, K-Factor has successfully established itself in the market and contributes to the development of the agricultural sector.
Our production facilities are certified according to international standards, which guarantees that our products meet the highest requirements. We pay special attention to energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of production, using resource-saving technologies and minimizing our environmental impact.
